The Martingale System

Double your bet after every loss. Return to your base bet after a win.

The problem: Table limits and bankroll constraints make Martingale unsustainable. A run of 7 consecutive losses at a $10 base requires a bet of $1,280. Most tables have a maximum bet well below this, and most bankrolls cannot absorb repeated doubling.

• Any loss at any step → reset to step 1.

Logic: If you complete all four steps with wins, you profit 10 units while risking only 2 units after step 2. The system is self-limiting — losing at any step returns you to the base bet.

Honest assessment: Works best in sessions with frequent winning streaks. Offers better loss control than Martingale. Still does not change the house edge.

The Fibonacci System

Follow the Fibonacci sequence after losses: 1, 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21...

After a loss, move one step forward in the sequence. After a win, move two steps back. Return to the start after recovering losses.

Comparison to Martingale: Fibonacci escalates more slowly than Martingale (1→1→2→3→5 vs 1→2→4→8→16). This makes it less likely to hit table limits during moderate losing streaks, but recovery requires more consecutive wins.
